Freeze functionality for Nuendo

Does anyone know how to set up nuendo's vsti's to record as audio instead of midi. I keep hearing about this "freeze" option, but I honestly don't know if it's a part of nuendo. I would thinkthat is is; simply because cubase has it.

Yup both the track freeze and the 'freeze VSTi' macro are both convered in that nice big manual.

Thanks flametop for the direction. Reading the owner's manual just made too much sense. Sometimes its just knowing where to look. Thanks also for the tip about unmixing.

I know it can be a problem finding one feature in such a big product such as Nuendo.

Talking here breifly about "freeze"in nuendo,I tried it once and it took about 16 mins,(if I remember correctly)...I never used it after that...is that a common freezing time,seems to me a long time to wait if you want to freeze a few tracks.(16mins per trk on a P4 1.28 cpu)
