Hi guys,
I've noticed when adding certain plug ins to the insert channel on my Cubase will cause the channel to pan slightly to the right or left even though the balance is in the middle. Usually I can get around this but I have started to use Sonarworks Reference 3 recently and when I put it on the master channel it pans slightly to the right.
I've attached a picture to show you what I'm talking about.
Does anyone know the cause of this and/or how to fix it?
Cubase panning glitch?

At first guess I would say you are seeing the output of your channel frequency curve from the simulator. Other plugs, especially stereo spatial effects, will never be perfectly centered.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer
