Trying to find these Hands-Up samples since years...

Hi, since years, I tried to find those two samples :


1° : the kind of reversed lazer sound : (at 0m15s).

I am pretty sure that it is a sample, as I heard many producers using this sound.


The second is the kind of owl sound :
We can hear it in the background at 0m03s.


Thanks to help me if you know where I could try to find it ! Or better if you know from what they are coming !
