I thought this was quite cool. This guy codes Perl routines while he's onstage that play his music, and he rewrites it on-the-fly to change the tune...

Saw this on the Microsound-list.
Very cool (in an extremely geeky way).
I notice how network-protocols are used more and more in experimental media.
Very interesting, even if I don't speak networkian.

Yeah, this is extremely cool. It never even occurred to me to check CPAN for audio related modules. I'm very tempted to see if I can get perl to talk to Reaktor. Surely it must be possible either using OSC or realtime midi output....
Time to do a bit of research I think.
