I have a few UVI sample player libraries from magware and giveaways. Unfortunately I do not want to install the player because it uses PACE. Is there a sample player or conversion tool out there that will read these?

No, AFAIK those samples are locked down.

Like samples inside a Propellerhead refill, can't be utilized outside of that.

You could resample them with something like DirectWave from Image Line

If the OP do not want to install UVI Workstation in the first place, how is s/he gonna be able to resample them?

There is no need for PACE to run UVI Workstation? Only for official libraries, as far as I remember.

If you install UVI Workstation, PACE is included

Well, I don't remember PACE needed though, unlesd you are to be using official libraries. But you are probably correct regarding the co-installation part

Yeah, UVI Workstation doesn't work without PACE now. Recently, I had to change computer and noticed that.
