I have a chord progression in MIDI.
I want to be able to right-click the MIDI in the track and say "arpeggiate this" and it will transform my MIDI chords into individual arpeggiated notes.
And, is there one with multiple popular patterns to choose from ?
Is there a script or plugin that will turn MIDI chords into arpeggiated MIDI notes ?

You want what's called an arpeggiator. You give it chords, and it turns it into an arp.
Since you're on Reaper, look at arp!0: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=95841 This is my personal favorite.

There are paid ones like Kirnu, Cthulhu.
There are also some scripts in Reaper that will build an arp for you but they're not as customizable. I find it easier to keep the chords there and change the arp pattern in the arp plugin.
