Has anyone seen issues with loopMIDI (https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html (https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html)) on WIN 10? I was able to use it seamlessly on WIN 7 but on WIN 10 for some reason I am not able to close a port completely. For example:
1. I create a port (port Name : loopMIDI)
2. Use it
3. Close the port
4. Create the port again (port Name: loopMIDI)
At step 4, it says loopMIDI port already exists and I can't create one. This wasn't the case on WIN 7.
If someone has already seen this issue, could you help me resolve it.
