Yes, also some general workflow features, small performance boosts here and there.

Pictures or parts of the new GUI will be posted as soon as there is some noteworthy to show. In the meantime you can post cool stuff you created with Rapid.

Not really, it probably was some kind of setup permission error in the windows installer. There is really not much to do to fix that. Just create the folders manually at:

C:\Users\$USER\Documents\Parawave\Rapid\Sound Presets
C:\Users\$USER\Documents\Parawave\Rapid\Sound Content

Should be fine. As soon as these paths exist, Rapid will scan the content at startup or library creation.
Both path in the user directory and C:\ProgramData\Parawave\Rapid\Sound Presets can exist at the same time. If the user directory exists, it will be prioritized.

Today I wanted to use Rapid, but the 'activate license' button appeared. But nothing happens when I click on it. I backed up my presets and sounds for Rapid. And I uninstalled and installed Rapid again. But it doesn't resolve anything. What is going on?

Did it lose the activation? Why doesn't the button/gui respond?

I sent you a private message with more details.
Short: Don't worry your license is still valid. Just needs an active sound driver to hide the screen.

Please send future request via mail at info@parawave-audio.com or use the enquiry form at Contact Us. That's the fastest way to get a support response.

Thanks, that solved the problem. I also had to download a new license file, because the old one didn't activate the factory library.

This is the first plugin I have that doesn't work when no audiodriver is selected. Other plugins work, but don't make a sound. Is this a bug you will fix?

Mirko did an excellent tutorial on creating multisamples. What is the fastest way to import a drumkit?

IMHO - correct me if I'm wrong - having an empty sample at B2 (B2 Dummy.wav), then C3 Kick, D3 Snare, E3 Clap.... etc then depending on your kit, either place a tonal sound at the end of the kit like C4 Tonal either a copy of empty sound used before: C4 Dummy.wav.

Explanation: B2 will ensure that you have no sounds under C3. C3 and C#3 will play kick because that's how Rapid will distribute the ranges. Same for the rest of the white key samples, will play on net black key. And the last tonal sound will span the entire keyboard C4 ----- so at least you have something there. Otherwise you can use a copy of the empty wav renamed to C4 and you'll have nothing. Once you create these files, is fairly simple to replace the drum samples and have new kit(s).

If you really want to keep it clean, you can create dummy wavs for every black key in C3 octave (and maybe C4 if you have large kits) so you only have sounds on white keys and only the sounds you import with no re-pitch on black keys. You only need to do this once

Thank you for the advice. It looks like an efficient way to import drumkits.

WTF??? :o :o :o :o :o This is pretty awesome. :-)

I made also something new. na,.... not really new. I found an acapella and merged it with a demo from the xt tropical delight.
Some changings in the arrangement, bpm sync and pitched vocal...
