Hi lulukom,
I do not have a new job, although we can call making a new website a new job... in a few days we'll have a new responsive HTML5 website.
I will implement looping a chord progression shortly. Yes, it would be good to highlight the chord being played.
Thanks,
Attila

FYI loop playback is now possible for progression preview. The chord currently being played is highlighted.
Thanks,
Attila

Yes, good idea, lulukom!
I wanted to eliminate the traditional pop-up menu for scale and chord selection anyway and replace with a more flexible method with filtering and sorting options.
Thanks!
Attila

RapidComposer v3.4b1 is available!
3.4Beta1 changes:
3.4Beta1 changes:
- Chords may have lengths in progressions. Chord lengths can be edited in the Chord Selector.
- Drag-and-drop of chord progressions improved: you can drop one to any position on the master track
- Chord Progression browser offers {length} and {namewithlength} synthesized data for chord progressions. The latter became the default for displaying a progression, which displays the length only for fixed lengths progressions.
- Loop mode implemented for chord progression preview
- The currently played chord is highlighted during chord progression preview
- Toggling note selection in the Phrase Editor is now Ctrl-click instead of Shift-click
- Fixes in chord progression preview

Hello everyone !
Attila, thanks for the new beta!
Can anybody explain to me ...
Chord Selector / Chord Progression / Drag
How to set the chord length when dragging to the master track?
According to my logic, if I set the length under each chord in the preview of the progressions, then the same length of each chord should remain in the master track ...
But I see on the master track the length of each chord is always equal to 1 bar, but I dragged 4 chords (1 chord in the preview = 1/4, 2 chord = 2/4, etc.) What happens?
Thank you.

Hello lulukom,
I am not sure what happened because it worked for me on both Windows and macOS.
If the chords have lengths, you can drop it on the 'Master Track' label, or on any position on the master track. When you drag a progression over the master track, the preview should also display the correct chord lengths.
If you can reproduce this bug, please send me the steps.
Thanks,
Attila

Thanks for the answer, Attila!
I'm sorry, but it's my fault - everything works well.
But I, of course, meant another))
I meant that I would like to have, under each chord in the preview of progressions, small meanings of chord length, for example 1/8 and 1/16. It seems to me necessary.
Thank you.

Yes, that could be added if you need smaller divisions.
Thanks,
Attila

And yes, Attila, there are a couple of things that I would really like to see in the program.
1. The ability to save as "chord rules"
- master track chords
- chord progression from the chord selector
2.Ability to see the chord notes from which the selected chord is composed in the chord selector.
Thank you, you made a very good update!
