The sonar 4 upgrade includes TSS-1. However, to me it looks suspiciously like the old "edirol" that has been in there for years (even the home studio version).

Is TSS-1 something new and better, or just edirol with a different GUI ?

It kinda looks like (GUI-wise) the roland stuff in Kinetic.

I can't find any info on it yet...

It's nothing like Kinetic, but more like
VSC on stereoids!

Actually, it looks like Edirol's Hypercanvas
with little bit different GUI!

not bad as priced at 169 USD!!!

Hmm, 26 Mb soundbank, but Roland surely how to
fill it reasonably, I mean JV1080 is 8 Mb and still
sounds good!

TSS-1, value added or just edirol again with a new GUI ?
