in my opinion yes. We included everything which makes really sense, or which differs enough to hear a difference

I'm very happy with the support that Rene gives.
It's promissing !
still I'm praying Rene can do something about the high cpu consumation :-/
I'm going live with this synth and I'm telling you, it can't play over 5 notes with a simple AM synth pad. I hope my show won't crash on Avenger.
Check here:
Without even running an OSC it consumes over 3% in Reaper.
Avenger uses over 14% with few OSC playing.
Compare this with low cpu Synth1 which does many layers of OSC...

I am afraid thats comparing Apples with Pears.

However, i hear ya, concerning further cpu optimisation of Avenger.
It's a beast of a synth but indeed also quite a beast on CPU load.

Yes I know, but still I think there's room for optimisation.
3% idle should be 0%
I don't know how you guys handle this with couple of instances of Avenger running. Do you all have monster PC's?
I have a i7 3Ghz 8 Ram . Does fine for production, but can't handle Avenger even when doing some basic stuff.
This can be a monster synth if, if, if...
And yes, I'm very much starting to love this synth. Sure hope I don't have to abandon it because of CPU hogs.

You are absolutely right about the cpu.
But if rene get it with low cpu it will not harm the quality of avenger sound.

I asked Rene it it's possible to have a quality setting, maybe this way the CPU load could be lower?

Other question, would it be possible to assign avenger to 1 of my CPU, to lower the risks?

Still i think it's also about coding optimisation, I've seen this with other software also. Example cantabile. Brad is very much keen on getting the lowest CPU all the time.

I was converting all of my Serum and Falcon Wavetables for days and after the granular update and the new browser, all files showing in one place without there folder structure (categorized)

I've already sent an email to Rene about that and he said that he might work something out in the middle column of the browser for navigating through folders in a future update, I hope will get that feature soon since all of my hard work organizing my wavetable and multisample libraries is gone!!!
