I read the manual last night, I wanted to test out the ability of creating voices. I checked the manual again, followed the directions - and then went to the FAQ and am not seeing a comment about this.
I bought version 1.302 last week.
I am running Sonar 3.1.1 and use the Chameleon 5000 as a VST plugin.
The OS is W2k professional. SP3.
The processor is an AMD 1700+
(1.4GHZ) and I have 1.5GIG of ram.
I go to Tab A. I press Load. I navigate to any directory with the supplied *.C5V files, select the file, and the name displays. However, I am getting NO sound after it "loads". I hit reset and sounds occur with the "Simple" voice. I load any disk file and they stop.
I am a newbie to this program, and I feel like I looked for what I was trying to do. I need some help.
What am I missing?
Thank you

To me this seems like a setup issue.
The software works -- until you load a file..
I apologize if it seems like the wrong place.
Could you suggest where I might post this ??

In Camel Audio's forum that's further down the list would be the best place.
