Hi,
anyone knows a technique to convert midi CC data to notes in Cubase? I need that to the animation software that reads only notes, so it would be great if I could use CC as well.

I would happily explain how to use Note Expression, but keep in mind, the receiving end must support Note Expression to benefit from note-specific, polyphonic control changes (VST 3 controllers) else just a Note-On and Note-Off message with some regular MIDI control change data in between is send. In other words if your receiving device/software does not support control change data, Note Expression won't change that because it is still control change data then.
