Thank you.
Finally this last guy today said there was some database problem caused by something he did so now I have a normal account I can log into and maybe even 'restore your gear' will work.
I couldn't show them much of anything since I haven't bought anything in years and years.
Because I can't support their business model; of Custom Shop and the whole thing of seeing presets in Amplitube 4 which are crippled, making their already awkward browsing just stupid, on top of the totally unnecessary PITA it creates for TRacks. I don't know why there is a CS version of the TRacks I have, so I have to delete a dozen or so of their plugins from Components and from VST Plugins or everything host-wise scans them and... problems (unauthorized plugins). Then it's 'restore your gear' in it to make anything Amplitube visible. I know what to do, but it's just silly.

But somehow the receipt I did show was... well, twice it was spoken of in dismissive terms because it was a shipment in a box and the serial number isn't in the response email. AND at least 12 of my NI S/Ns were this and they investigated it with very little, I had a couple of receipts from the same period, 2009 as my IKMM receipt. There was in the end a fair amount of bullshit as to why they were so unresponsive while NI investigated it (no S/Ns shown by me), SonicCouture investigated it (no S/Ns from me), iLok did the same, all showing my story was the truth of the matter. I said more to IKMM than any of the above. But finally it's sorted. The guy deserves some respect for not passing the buck, stating _he_ did the thing which broke my account.
