I just went out and bought the push 2 yesterday but i'm using bitwig. i was looking for a good controller to use so when i saw the the push4bitwig script i ended up buying the push.
had a 20 min jam yesterday and then ended up watching videos on of push working alongside ableton and i was really impressed. now i'm feeling i'm not gonna get the best out of a £600 controller using it with bitwig and am really tempted to get abelton.
i really like the way you can edit audio using the screen on the push. using it with bitwig your not getting much use of the screen.
does anyone know if there will be future scripts for the push and bitwig audio editing on screen?
push 2 vs bitwig or ableton?

You get an Ableton Live Intro license with your push2 (if it is new) so you can already try it.
As for using with BW it seems Push 1 would have been the better choice, Push2 uses other protocol for communication with the screen and not just a script so it might be too much work for third parties to deliver the same functionality in BW.
