Hay. I bought an m-audio usb soundcard some time ago. With this i got also some Waves plugins. I think about selling those, but i have to contact Waves first(m-audio doesn't answer the question if i can sell this licenses). So.... to contact Waves it seems i have to create an account on their site. I don't like accounts - i have too many already. However... if i create and Waves account can they delete the account afterwards? Does anybody know this?

if you don't have an account, they're probably not registred. If they're not registred, you probably have a serial number you can sell without asking any permission.

That's correct. If you do not have an account that you registered the plugins then you can sell the activation codes without problem.
