Is there some kind of arpegiator that comes close to the very versatile arps i have in my Motif?
There is So much versatillity in the Motif arps like complex rhythmic stuff, phrase-based melody arps, counter-melody arps, and the guitar intelligent chord voicing arps that you have in the Motif.
Any advise is welcome, i plan using these arps live...

They ARE nice arps. Yamaha has done a superb job and their presets really do a great job of showing off the arps. They do tricky things using a specific velocity to have just ONE element of a voice pop in/out and it gives some really cool rhythmic feeling. Keep in mind, the arps are often sequenced pieces. You will notice some arps will turn on/off AF1/2 automatically and fiddle with parameters. All of that is part of the recorded arp.
In case you did not know, you can create your own arps (depending on which synth you have). It's been years since I've done it, so I don't recall how to do it. I can't recall if you create a new pattern or song, but there is a utility function to move it into a user arp. You can't go quite as powerful as Yamaha's, but they give you a lot of options when creating an arp.
