Title pretty much says it. I downlaoded the Embertone Arcane library, but, whenever i try to add it to Kontakt Player, via the Add library button, it says "No library found". Whenever i try to load the .nki file manually, it say that i have to add the library first to be able to use it, which i can't... i also tried to add the library via the Options -> Database, but, that doesn't work either. Gives out the same "Library needs to be added first" error. What am i doing wrong?

You need to select the library folder containing the .nicnt file when you go to Add Library. If that still doesn't work, I wonder if the download somehow got corrupted, so try redownloading.

Ok, i'll try redownloading then, because, the folder i pointed to was the one which includes the .nicnt file. Almost seems like there's something weird with that license file.

I redownloaded the library, but, still the same error. I also unchecked the write protection flag of the folder, no change. Wonder what's wrong with this thing.

Well, to get back this topic, i found the (embarassing) solution. Turned out, when you "order" the free Arcane library from Embertone, you get a receipt with a serial number, which you obviously have to add to your libraries via Native Access (dunno if there are other ways), and, when you do that, Arcane happily shows up in the libraries in Kontakt Player. So, ya... user error. As usual.
