looks really great!

this was created for making wavetables for the synthesis technology oscillators but it's wav in wav out so you can make waveforms for anything really.

WaveEdit is a free tool on PC/Mac/Linux that allows powerful creation and editing of wavetables for the E352 and E370 VCOs. Using standard WAV formats, the editor includes a full toolbox of shortcuts. An audio Preview is available to audition the waves before loading into the module.

the videos give an idea of how simple it is. they put some effort into it because it's made to pair w/hardware. he has a flagship oscillator coming out for eurorack that does wavetable, FM, cloud generation, etc.. it's a substantial oscillator so will have all the bells and whistles including this nice bit of software for creating wavetables and banks to load them in.

has some dsp for applying comb filtering, waveshaping etc to the waveforms.

This is really cool but I'm having Some GUI issues. Anyone else experiencing the same? Its hard to explain but the hitbox's are all out of wack, so to move the Volume fader I need to click Below it...

weird. i think you can send bug reports via their site. i'm guessing it'll get updates along w/firmware updates to the modules.

Yea I think I will. I’m using a small screen (laptop) so that could of caused it. That and It’s a young software after all.
I was able to use it decently enough despite the UI tomfoolery it was throwing at me, absolutely fantastic editor at its core!

If you do a single file with all the waveform appended one after another with the _size in the file name (ex: saw_2048.wav) then it will works as is in Falcon Wavetable for what it worth.

Wow! Very cool find!!!

As a test I successfully exported one of the included ROM banks as a .wav file and used it in SynthMaster One as a wavetable.

Works well in Windows, and all screen UI elements rendered correctly here. I like that it has the waterfall view of the z-plane as well as the 2d x-y view.

Okay, I've watched all 3 videos and I'm still not exactly sure how you create a wavetable that will be usable in synths like Serum, Nave, Icarus, Falcon, etc. Is it simply the save bank function and that's it?

Yup, "File> Save bank as" .wav file. Copy or import that file to your favorite wavetable synth. You get a wavetable file ("the bank") with 64 waves, one from each wave from 0-63. Each wave is 256 samples long.

I also opened "File > Open bank..." a Serum wavetable in WaveEdit. You can then proceed to morph it up as desired, then save as a new wavetable.
