Cubase Pro 9: controller lane presets disappear

Not addressed in 9.0.1; cannot find a 9.0.2 Cubase Pro but a document that reads "No 9.0.2 update for Cubase Pro." and 9.0.3 is out since they found it appropriate to kill 'Replace Audio in Video' for it.
So, the answer 'It doesn't happen for me." is fine. Almost every time I quit out of it, the presets all disappear. Also, the Workspaces are messed up. Could be, this is an old machine and that's all I can expect. But between the two issues it's really irritating to work with.
Simple to replicate, create a controller lane preset, quit and relaunch, it's there or it's gone.

also, since I'm about to trash preferences again, does anyone know where your colors for project are stored in there? I don't feel like re-establishing that one. but I'm suspecting prefs, there's more than one thing it just won't remember how I like things set up. It isn't likely to fix the disappearing presets this time when it didn't before but there's more than one issue here.
even still, point zero version, man oh man.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, and I've assumed that you're on Windows -

Is that it?
edit... Ignore me, that is 9.0.20 - sorry!

No, that's what I needed. thanks so much for that, I had failed to locate that document. I did find an installer for 9.0.1 via something, VI Control I think but Steinberg does not feature anything but the latest on the site so we have to dig for it. I wondered if what I saw 'no 9.0.2 update for Cubase Pro, only for Artist and Elements' was temporary and evidently so.
I'm not on Windows, no. So this was not addressed in this version either, thanks again because it means I don't have to download and install it.
So does this feature work for anyone? It worked in 8.5 on a similar system as this for me.

I'm on Windows, so maybe not relevant... But Controller Lanes presets are preserved on my system - Win 10 Creator, Cubase Pro 9.0.30. I save 'em, they're there when I reboot. Same goes for the Workspaces.
As for the Replace Audio In Video, one can only hope it gets reinstated soon. Probably have to pay for it, though (9.5).

Alright, thanks for the info.
It kept the one I saved this time. It also resizes tabs. I don't know why tabs except the previous owner of this machine must have wanted everything in tabs. I like it except Cubase cannot reconcile the project window taking up the whole screen with Key Editor taking up the same amount of space; it wants the latter to be smaller. And some things have like a default size.
The whole thing is slow on the uptake as to what I want up.
The Inspector in Key Editor. I never tell Cubase to show it but it does when I come back. Other things I cannot replicate consistently, seemingly random. It does not like this system which seems like it has issues.

Now the presets are retained. Still got Inspector in Key Editor unbidden and automatic controller selection and others vanished which is really getting old.
