I've picked up a Yamaha DX27 at a carboot sale and would like to know if there's a register of stolen instruments so I can see whether it's legitimate or not.

Can anyone help me?

I live in the UK.

I should have said I don't have a facebook account and neither shall I ever have a facebook account.

So if anyone knows any sites that aren't facebook based, i'd be most appreciative.

Thanks Controlcentre...although there doesn't appear to be any synths on that site and i'm not sure its database is any larger than what is seen but i'll advertise it anyway. It could be that it's not a stolen instrument, I just don't want to get in trouble should I come to sell it.
