i think iheartradio does this now.
i use both, but not the same way. iheartradio has new commercials lately that place it in direct competition with pandora, and there is an option to search for individual songs and favorite them, but i dont know how well it works.
also google music lets you search for individual songs, as does amazon music (i think).
