Hi all.

I've been trying to recreate the synth stabs Stonebridge used in Luv 4 Luv and Show Me Love by Robin S but haven't quite gotten there. I'm not talking about the Organ2 from the Korg M1, but the the synth intro lead.

I would assume these were created using a DX7 or a Juno?

Haha! Yeah, Stonebridge has been a god to me ever since Show Me Love. His music and Robins voice... goat!

Hm, an Ensoniq you say. Thats gonna be hard to recreate.

There’s somebody here where I live who walks by my house practically screaming Show Me Love and Ride On Time at full volume. On pitch.

I keep meaning to run down and grab her and stick a mic in her face, since she’s got pipes louder than the metro bus stop directly below my window.
