Problems with Synthmaster One Preset Expansions

I’m having a few problems with Synthmaster One. I am using as a standalone. I purchased it and downloaded it last night and everything worked fine. MIDI’d to my keyboard ok played around and I went through most of the sounds without any issues. Today I downloaded 3 preset expansions, unzipped them and put them in the preset folder. However whenever I try to play any of them the note gets stuck on and then the program crashes. Have tried downloading again and reinstalling but still the same. It does not crash when I use the Factory Presets. I’m using Windows 10 on an HP Pavillion. Any ideas why this is happening?

PS The ReadMe text file says "If you are on Windows: Copy the "Nori Ubukata Pop Hits Volume 1.smpr" file to <SynthMaster installation folder>\Presets."

Howver I did not purchase Pop Hits, the expansion I purchased and downloaded was Nori Ubukata Historical Synth Giants Vol 1.smpb

There were no smpr files in the download only smpb
