im a compleet noob when its come to music theory but i like the chords used in this video can someone please help me to figure out the chord scheme?

So it's just about those two chords he plays?

So that's a regular A major chord (right-hand notes are E A C#), followed by a E major chord (E G# B) but with G# in the bass.
Very common movement in Gospel....
