this is incorrect. You simply have auto monitor or auto record on selected track setup.

SJ nailed it all in 2 posts. With screengrabs. Nice work!

I'd like to take credit, but as is many times the case, it's in the manual under ... WAIT FOR IT ..."Sending pattern events to Tremor's MIDI output"

Hi folks. First of all, sorry for my english skills, I hope I'll be able to communicate.

Although I tried all solutions present here, none of them seemed to have effect on this matter. I'm kind of desperate.
I just can't send tremor midi events to cubase 9 nor send tremor patterns to cubase editor.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks a lot!
Kind regards

Yes, either provide your setup with track setup or follow the instructions. It works perfectly.

I routed Tremor to a midi channel and was able to record MIDI events. Thanks for that :).
The problem now is applying patterns to an entire song, once having midi notes recorded turned out not to be the most effective composing solution with Tremor, it's a drum machine after all.
So, the new question here is how to send the patterns to Cubase...I mean, how to trigger these patterns into a song? Because tremor won't "obey" orders from Cubase, as hard as I tried. I,d like to set pattern 1 on compass 1, pattern 3 on compass 50...

Sorry for the longest post.

Best wishes

Actually, you need to be longer but more specific. I have no idea what you mean by sending patterns to cubase? Are you asking how to get Cubase to trigger the various tremor patterns? That's also in the manual. You simply record the single note on the Tremor MIDI track that triggers whichever pattern. The CC and key assignments are listed in the manual.

On further review ... is it possible that you are trying to use Cubase like Live? i.e. clip launching? if so, Cubase does not do that.

Yep! That, worked! It was exactly that.

Thanks a lot!
