You should press the hold pedal and then do a "glissando" on your 5 octave keyboard

))))

Yes, those are EXTREME cases but some folks work on those extremes and they get crashes

I see. What is the note polyphony of SM One?

Looking good, though. If I were to buy a SM synth, it would definitely be this one rather than its big brother.

max polyphony is 32 for SM One.

Been recording with several instances of the new download, and while my system (Mac) says it's sent two crash reports to KV331, I'll mention here that Logic keeps crashing when I try to pull up the instance of SMOne that has the arp engaged...

I'm on OSX10.9.5, Using Cubase 6.5.5 x64... Synthmaster One v 1.1.2 is occasionally producing intense noise bursts and pegging the channel meters which then stay pegged for about a minute or so. The instance of Synthmaster One then needs to be re-loaded. Synthmaster 2.8.12 is doing it too. It's intense. I've started putting limiters at the end of the chain upon loading now, but it's a bit of a killer. Lost a few patches like this already. The CPU/ASIO meter in Cubase isn't too overloaded but the audio stream is occasionally crackling. I'll try experimenting with the internal Synthmaster buffers and get back to you.

Any specific presets? I see some presets with distortion effect having a dc offset, which causes some impulsive noises.

SQ Square Pusher RL was one of them... but it's happened on my own tweaking also, not sure exactly how it's triggered. Is this something that i need to get used to?

dc offset in Distortion + reverb might cause such impulsive noises. If I know the exact presets will debug them.

Is any one else experiencing the same problem as me with the user waveform area only accepting one folder layer?

Come on guys this is an easy fix no?

Anyway for fear of sounding like a stuck record that's the last I'll mention it. I'll have to make do as much as a unnecessary pain in the arse it is

On another note, I remember the talk of the wavetable editor being available to us, I'm looking forward to messing with this any news on when this might roll out.

I just installed the demo of Synthmaster One, but, after installing and firing up Studio One, it doesn find the "Scales" in the data folders?? Neither the VST2 nor the standalone work, because of that. The VST2 even crashes Studio One, because it doesn't find the scales.

Edit: Solved the issue... Synthmaster has to be executed as a user with administrative rights, otherwise the data folders obviously can't be accessed. Shame, because i'm logged into Windows with normal user rights.

No that's not correct, the plugin runs without admin rights, however the installer must be run as admin. Are you talking about SynthMaster or SynthMaster One? I am confused.

Sorry about this, will test this again.

Regarding the wavetable editor, that might be part of a paid update maybe. But we should release SynthMaster 3 first, it will have the wavetable editor.

SynthMaster One v1.1.6 released, iOS version getting closer!
