I've now managed to get various types of video files and convert the stream to audio. I can't however do this on .rm files, and was wondering if anyone had managed to do this?

Also, and I could be being quite thick here, but I can't work out how to get audio out of a streaming video. I'm not sure if aspects of this could be located in certain temp folders. I check as many as I could in my IE and Windows folder but could not locate any.

Thanks for any help, I'm quite clueless about all this

just realised I got the title the wrong way round... erm, any ideas people?
