I'm a fan of simple repetitive basslines that just work. I think that it's hard to just choose three "favorites," but these stand out for me when I think of this question. I suspect that not everyone will agree with me though, but I'm totally ok with that.

This is my favourite from Jaco. Dances around the chords so playfully, but still manages to pin it down. The whole experience is further enhanced by the rest of the dream-team up on that stage

My favourite New Order song, and one of my favourites songs, ever! One of the only songs that for me still stands up to multiple replays. A perfect thing in every way, so it seems remiss to focus on one element. However, for the sake of this thread, I give you Hooky at his knee-slung, 'driving' best:
