Best free acoustic piano samples/vsti?

Hi,

I'm posting this request on behalf of a friend who needs a good acoustic piano sound for free. He has an iMac and doesn't have Kontakt.

What would you recommend?

Don't know how alive this thread is, but might as well add some few nice additional free virtual acoustic pianos (sampled) that I like:

Livingroom upright piano - by Keypleezer

They have a free version worth trying out. This is a multi-sampled upright piano. For Logic Pro 9, Logic Pro X, GarageBand, Kontakt sampler etc.

Would actually recommend the livingroom upright piano, it is for the EXS24 sampler, so for Garageband and Logic Pro X. The friend had an iMac? Garageband ships with every mac, if i´m not mistaken. Logic is quite reasonably priced too, or mainstage.
