Its similar, sample accurate for a start and much easier to draw complex shapes. I use VolumeShaper all the time, this does a few things better.Caine123 wrote:Cant u do this already with canleguys shaperbox?

It's quite powerful.
Drawing implementation is excellent making it easy to mix different rhythm subdivisions.
Can also stack patterns or easily recall them via simple midi learn function (using Logic X here).
Envelope mode, loop function with start and end points freely assignable, snap, etc.
I tried quite a few tools dealing with volume amp modulation, but for me, this one is the one.
Not affiliated in any way with dev.

Just to clarify: All calculations in VolumeShaper are sample-accurate (which is also true for all of our other plugins).woodsdenis wrote:Its similar, sample accurate for a start and much easier to draw complex shapes. Also it syncs to host with sample accuracy.

Apologies Jacob for misinformation, bottom line both VolumeShaper and Gatekeeper do similar things but different and each has its merits. ShaperBox is a different league altogether with Time, Filter and Panning etc. Gatekeeper’s strength is its ability to draw complex waveforms with ease, IMHO of course. If you don’t have either, get ShaperBox for the best of all outcomes.Jakob / Cableguys wrote:Just to clarify: All calculations in VolumeShaper are sample-accurate (which is also true for all of our other plugins).woodsdenis wrote:Its similar, sample accurate for a start and much easier to draw complex shapes. You'r absolutely right, important to quote those differences.woodsdenis wrote:...

Gatekeeper deals with amp only, and it does it quite efficiently, like said before.

Not forgetting LFOTool which all has adjustable rate swing, phase, PWM and midi note/velocity modulation

If you bought it from them directly then you have the license key attached to the receipt.andreasg wrote: Tue Dec 04, 2018 5:27 pm there is no support! i have bought the plugin but the license key, that i have received per mail is not working and i have written a lot of mails to polyverse but no answer (and no key)![]()
