One of the main points we have focused on in SCOPE Application v7 and SCOPE SDK v7 is compatibility and optimizations related to Windows 10. The Hardware Driver, ASIO and DSP system layers have been adapted and improved, as well as the resource management. As initial releases of a new common codebase, v7 is the starting point for further development and coming updates.

Congratulations on the release. Have been a Scope user since the initial release of Pulsar. That old first generation 4dsp card i still running in my newest computer and has survived three computers in the last almost 20 years. Great to see you keep it alive. Not sure about the software update, because i expect my card to die anytime soon (of course i hope it will last another 20 years) and all s runnng without problems now. The decision to open up the sdk for the smaller cards is also great. I sometimes think if creamware would have done this 15 years ago there would be a bigger Userbase.
May i ask what you mean by ”limitations” with win 10? Is it still an unsigned driver?

All the best

I am shocked. I am so impressed that this card still has life and is being actively developed for what must be a very small active user base. My cards from 1991 are still working. I was happy with Scope 6 and thought that would be its swan song. Wow.

Gary who is active at PlanetZ@scopeusers.com is US based and he indicates that it is a manual process and he is generating the product keys so there could well be a delay.
