Let’s say you have that much in USD for a studio upgrade. What would you buy?
I’d buy this setup for Analog ITB mixing/Recording.
- SSL Nucleus v2 Black
- Genelec 8351APMs
- Apogee Symphony MK2 16x16 I/O
- SSL Sigma Delta v2
- SPL Gain Station 8 MkII Preamps #1
- SPL Gain Station 8 MkII Preamps #2

But that's not a studio upgrade but a "owner's upgrade", so to speak.V0RT3X wrote:Not true you could buy music lessons and stuffelassi wrote:Nothing, because it would not improve my music.

Yah why not, I figured I’d up the ante instead of the typical cheap budget lists you see on kvr.Ghostwave wrote:Another wishlist thread! It's this time of year I guess.
All in good fun and besides putting 30 grand into a studio is possible in one lifetime.

70lbs of 8-voice analog synthesis would be nice no doubt.

Monster PC, room treatment, PMCs, SSLs and a few expensive analog synths.
