I ordered a Faderport 8 from them 11/26/17. Was later told it was drop shipping directly from PreSonus.
Almost 2 weeks later, no shipping info, or current replies from either. On a phone call with PreSonus two days ago, I was told they have no JRR orders to ship to me.
JRR told me a couple days ago, they are waiting for shipping info from PreSonus. Today, I finally called them up and their service guy was pretty dismissive and said he was passing it along to the warehouse. Nothing he could do.
Who's dropping the ball??... JRR... PreSonus? Presonus said they had plenty in stock to ship also.
