Do you think it would be a fair comparison?beely wrote:Be nice to compare it with my XV-5080 too...
"Fair"..? I'm just interested, as I know the 5080 very well, and it plays 1080 patches.fmr wrote:Do you think it would be a fair comparison?beely wrote:Be nice to compare it with my XV-5080 too...
It's alright on my Macbook Pro with Live. However, like the D-50, there is some kind of lag when you open/close the plugin's window.Caine123 wrote:i only played some minutes, it somehow is slow in changing patches/loading patches. laggy. fl studio 12
This has been on my top list of them to do for years now.......Done right I would even pay $500 for it...beely wrote:Be nice to compare it with my XV-5080 too...
Oh wow always wanted one of thesesinemotor wrote:EDIT : ok so I've played a bit with it. Here's the interface (on my 15" retina MBP) :
It's in the same vein as the D-50 GUI wise. CPU wise too. It has all the JV-1080 presets but I've noticed it also has some patches from others JVs (like the one on my screenshot, which is the 1st patch on the JV-2080). I loved the hardware so this one looks promising!
by that logic, you have Jup-8V and TAL Juno too, yet you don't stop there. why? because it's Roland doing what they do best - Roland synthesizers. c'mon, it's not hard to figure out.You have an excellent VP-330 made by XIls-Lab.
thanks! JX-3P/8P and JD-800 were promised a while back. I think Juno-60 was too.JD-800 is coming.
