Every DAW sounds different due to the fact that you have DIFFERENT persons operating them.
Do the recording programs make much different sonically?

It's not the DAW, it's the man behind the DAW. It doesn't really matter which DAW you are using.

There are no tonal differences with sound between daws.
Yet there are differences between the default output levels, between daws.
Logic has a louder default level output than Live.
Same sound will be peaking into the red in Logic, but when that same sound is played through Live, it does not peak, and is at a lower output level.

do all daws sound the same...again
