Wow, that IS a long wait. And a VERY long holiday.

FWIW 1.3.1 working well for me here on Cubase 9.0.20 Win 10. Tried quite a lot of cross-mod sugary goodness and no ill effects. Great update.

When I look in the registry, I have a DisplayIcon key. But the path is not good.

It corresponds to an external hard drive that I have since formatted.

The problem may come from the registry but I did not change anything in this one.

no, i got also MANY presets which are using the "new" FM ... but are like 6 months old?
So I guess there is a huge mistake in the presets loading in 1.3.1...

The sound of the unison voices and the chorder is significally different when using the new FM method. Just try it with sine waves. When using one osc (standard FM option) the sound gets thicker when the mix slider is increased. When I use a second osc for the same FM sound the results is a bit weird when increasing the mix slider (Windows 7, Studio One 3.5.4). Is this due to technical reasons?

midi export of the drum SQ seems broken?
leave everything default through master FX
Load the "Disco House 3" Drums
play it back with 1 sustained note with the drum SQ on
right click and "export to midi"
replace the sustained midi note with the midi pattern
turn off drum SQ
the played pattern sounds different. the volumes sound different (clap) and the sample decays (kick/snare) and fx seem different.
almost like a different kit
Any thoughts where I might go wrong? please hear example on SC (0-16 Drum SQ / 16< midi SQ)

@Beachboy. This is technical. The Chorder and V-Saw as a SUM run through the Cross FM. Otherwise this would be CPU overkill. Has interesting results also. If you want to widen it, use a Vintage Chorus InsertFX

Delete your current vst plug-in, open daw, make sure now Avenger is missing. Then close daw, install the newly downloaded file (should have the version number in it’s name, make sure tou have the latest). Then open daw and check if the new version is installed correctly.

Normally a new installer overwrites the old version. Apparently, in your case it does not. Maybe you moved the vst dll from the default path or you have some permission issues. However, if you delete the old dll (or at least move it to desktop temporarily) and you're sure that you don't have Avenger in your daw anymore, then you can see if the installer installs the new version properly. If, after running the installation, the new dll is nowhere to be found, then you have a problem in your system - try running the installer as Administrator
