How Do You Organize Your Samples?

I'm not talking about existing Kontakt packs or pre-organized packs, just your various individual samples and how you organize them.

For example you may have various cymbals, kicks, snares, pads, keys, or whatever samples, but you want to organize them in a way where you can easily audition which sample you want in your track but also have a very ordered library of samples, that is cluttered up with multiple copies, or stuff you will never audition or stuff you can easily find without losing them.

If anyone has any clever ideas on organization, feel free to explain your methodology. Thanks.
