hello, it's challenge for me...

I have to make an instrument from a bicycle
I need to sample various moving parts of the bike
I will try to make tonal (changing pitch) from those parts...
I need some recomendation about sampler...

for example: I will sample impact to spoke; how can I "stretch" (pitch) it the best way?
NI Kontakt? some free version can handle it?
24-bit/96kHz is good idea for sampling?
All the samples will be recorded mono
