Let's just say price does not matter... (it does but... )

I'm looking people's experience only here; who can suggest a great PCMCIA type sound card with a way to get 5.1 out, at least stereo in, lowest latency, low strain on CPU, great monitoring and decent recording, and no break away box for use on a Pentium 4 with Live 4, Cubase SX, Buzz and Tracktion?
Probably won't happen, but if your card is also compatible with Mac (or only compatible with Mac) mention that too!
The 5.1 decoder does not need to be part of the set-up so long as it can send a 5.1 digital signal out, but if it has 5 lines out that's worth mentioning as well. Doesn't need to monitor in 5.1 and record at the same time.
