[snip edm bashing. tldr: HONESTLY. EDM SUCKS SO HARD.]

I have problems in importing AKWF single cycle waveforms.
https://www.adventurekid.se/akrt/wavefo ... waveforms/

In Avenger in the file section, I rightclick a folder, say "AKWF_BW_Blended". It has 80 wave files. "Batchconvert Resampler Samples -> Whatever target". Avenger creates 80 *.rsmpl files instantly, but then funny things happen. It does not show the files under resample OSC, or the oscillator picker does not react, or Avenger crashes (win7x64 latest Avenger). I don't know, I also restarted it in Studio One, sometimes did still not show the new files. Sometimes does. Batch processing seems to be buggy as hell. Anyone?

Also, the oscilloscope display is often nervous, displaying a straight line etc. for a fraction of a second. May be some GPU related thing? But that is not a problem. It's on my music + gaming rig which has an NVidia GTX 970 GPU.

you cannot batch convert shapes. Do not batch resample thats for wavetables.

msvs and please no more edm if there is a gun emoji I would blow my brains out with it

OK. First I wanted to use them like traditional samples for the sampler osc... but there is no batch job and I can only convert one by one. As far as I can see, because Avenger wants to convert to its proprietary format. Not sure.
I guess they belong to VA-Shapes.

OMG BIIIG SAWS!!!!111"2eelf HUGE SWAS!!!!%$ Average EDM producer (~12 years old) probably will jizz his pants for the first time in his life. Yes. A multipuke smiley is appropriate here.

I have a feeling that all edm/tropical relases, even though these genres are essentially dead in Europe, had greater interest than the latest Tech House sample pack - so we know what the public wants.
After all no one forces no one to buy and this thread is far from representing accurately the loyal buiyng public.

Coming soon... Bladerunner 3: The EDM Wars. Deckard takes on a gang of Dubstep Androids wielding Hypersaws. Using his wits (and his trusty CS-80), he fights the sonic battle of the millennia. :borg: :box:

Have you tried the AKWF pack here? There are over 4,000 shapes already converted.

you should definately use the AKWF converted shape package on vengeance-sound
if you import them as samples, you wont have any fft, bending parameters, anti aliasing etc...

I downloaded and imported the content...
Avenger said everything done... but I cannot find them... where should they appear in the list...

This is how mine looks after installing them:

EDIT: Nevermind... they are under wavtetables, right????

Oh! Thanks, didn't have a look into your downloads section yet.

- There is no visual display -the blue moving circle/line - of the LFO state on the Wavetable "Index /\" knob aka "OSC1 WT Index", when I use a "+" LFO.

Where should I report bugs btw.?

Bug report to Rene: k e i l w e r t h [at] vengeance-sound.com

I'd suggest to wait another week or two just to learn the synth better. Some "bugs" are just synth misuse.
For example, what is a "+" LFO, you mean you created a new LFO(2/3/4)? Because LFO1/2/3/4 assigned to the WT Index knob, properly displays a blue-ring feedback around the WT knob.

"+" vs. "%" LFO, I meant that additive vs. percentage setting in the mod matrix. But now I was unable to get any kind of visual representation on the WT POS knob. The screenshot makes it clear I hope. I cought the moving ring there. Same setting for both knobs, WT POS has no ring. Both have only this one LFO applied.

BTW, I love the flexibility of the LFO meanwhile. At first I was searching for uni/bipolar switch and had some problems in understanding. Then I understood offset and phase and I'm happy :)
There should be a bigger window for the clfo's. Just like pitch and envelopes.Just realized, I can use modenv as LFOs. :D

I am not at the computer but from your picture should work as intended.

Edit: by “ring” i am referring to the blue modulation ring which appears around of a knob when done properly

Yes, but look closely [EDIT: OK! You have seen it], both are set to additive and negative 100. Therefore both knobs are set to max, LFO goes to negative direction, when the LFO shape is >0, which is the case here at all times. And on the screenshot you see the actual movement in the shaper ring. But not on WTPOS, which has the exakt same setting and therefore should display the same ring. IMO.
The ring here is orange and properly moving. I have not yet understood when a moving ring is orange or blue.

EDIT: "WT Env. Strength" is another knob which shows no moving ring.

It is blue on the default skin. Sorry for the confusion.

I and can cofirm your screenshot works as it should be expected, FOR Shaper and Strength. Indeed, WT Pos on your exact configuration does not display visual feedback of the modulation. Bug.
