Mmmm....

My family has something of a connection to Schuco in that my grandfather was involved in planning and developing their toy pianos way back when.

My mother was an organist for our church for years and she got me into playing bass in the church band...that and playing tuba...:hihi:

My father was always listening to music and even taught me though it. He sang and played guitar. I learned how to play the drums. We never really played music together though. Quite sad actually.

My parents were Nintendo games (Ghouls and Ghosts and Paperboy), taught me the value of a dollar.

If I would have got a Juno 106 instead, I might have had some fun...but Bontempi B3 always sounded like a night in the church, and Bontempi had just released it (new) when I got it...
It's that attack, it aint got no attack, ya gotta have attack, without attack, it just sounds like lukewarm porridge. What you need for those things is a big ass blower. I bet they would sound great if you could couple it up to a motorcycle exhaust, great attack, and vib-tremolo too! (It might get a little hot though, keep ice on the ready.)
You mean I should have connected it with a guitar amp? :wheee:

That's true, the attack is too weak to play anything too sharp or rhythmical. It's one of these deals where the instrument gives you clear limitations of what you can play on it, and if you don't like that then tough luck.

My mother played piano and guitar and always made sure to have one around, though i payed only small attention to that until I was in my early teens. My younger sister is a bass player and DJ and my cousin that I grew up with (actor Jeremy Renner) is also musically inclined. Its a sporadic gene, but it seems to bounce around the family a little. With any luck, my kids will be tone deaf.

I can't believe how much more famous my cousin has become since I posted this. :p

Hi, my name is Michael. I'm a lover, not a fighter. My whole family are musical.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.
