Edit small files for a fee

Hi folks,
I have 2 recorded audio files in .AMR format. While large parts of a discussion are well understandable, the background noise (there is constantly a TV running in the background) and the "recording noise" make some parts difficult to understand.
Total time of the two files is around 15 minutes. I don't think it's a big effort to clean up the files for a pro in order to make the discussion clearly understandable, but I have no clue in audio file editing.
Would someone be interested to help for a small fee (to be paid through paypal)?

The fact that part of the ambient noise is a television could be a real problem.
I've had some experience cleaning up training video voiceovers that were done with a laptop microphone in a cubicle. Air conditioning, doors opening/closing, people walking by, fan noise from the laptop, etc. I was able to get it cleaned up so that you could clearly understand the narrator. But television programming is going to be in a lot of the same frequency bands as the conversation--and that's where it gets real tricky.
Not saying it's impossible, but it's probably going to take some pretty fancy processing and a second-by-second retouching of the sound.
I agree with Pytchblend. Post a 1-minute sample somewhere and let people take a shot at it. If someone can clean up the sample to your satisfaction, you could work out the price of the whole job from there.

Just looked at the specs of AMR as I'd not heard of that format before:
That'll definitely be a challenge !Sampling frequency: 8 kHz @ 13-bit, filtered to 200–3400 Hz.
Bit rate: Ranges from 4.75 - 12.2kbit/s depending on recording mode
