more parameters of the delay network (tempo-sync for instance)...but also a bit tricky to handle, IMO ?

I love reflex+ but I can't replicate Mikron Cascade in it. I have tried various combinations, e.g Ultratap+Blackhole, Ubermod+Shimmer but I can't get there with those either.

Played with this most of yesterday, mainly feeding it modular blips+bloops from Arturia Easel, Aalto and VCVRack. I just love the way you can build shifting soundscapes with it by leaving the feedback knob at about 2-3 o'clock and messing with the inputs.

Very easy to get Alien title sequence style sounds.

Great plugin. Another x-mas present for me

All I get after just a few seconds as audio output is pure white noise, even with the simplest sine signal.
Tweaking the different parameters also doesn't do much. It seems it's not CPU related.
What could be the problem ? Im running FL studio 12.

I used Mikron Cascade in this track. You will hear what sounds like a bunch of frog chirping, through out the track. I used Cascade to create this. I had a recording of birds chirping in my backyard I made with a Rode iXY mic on my iPhone. I reversed the track. The reversed chirping went into Cascade but with a small amount of density so that it sounds like an echo with a lot of taps over the stereo image. this gives the effect of multiplying the chirps into more of what sounds like a lake full of frogs at night.

THAT's an odd one. Can't say I have ANY idea what may be causing that particular behavior...
have you contacted 112db tech support? They're usually pretty quick to reply

Just tested it with Live 9 and it works perfectly. For some reason the sound is broken when used in FL studio (tested with 2 computers and 2 different versions)

Just bought it. Love it. Its great for making big booming techno drums (and other things, but thats as far as I got in testing it).

For those having problems with noise, you might want to see whether your DAW has an option to process a plug-in with a fixed block size or something similar. That's what I did in Jeskola Buzz (in the settings for the Polac VST adapter), and it fixed the problem for me.

Problem confirmed. Turned out that the buffer size wasn’t communicated correctly to the host, which only gave problems in certain hosts. There is an update availabe with a fix.

Yes, i have Absynth. No, i don't have Mikron Cascade. Yes, i could download the demo. Yes, in an hour or two i would have a good general idea. But- i don't like installing demos because a. They can be a pita to wipe off my machine and b. They often increase my GAS disproportionately to their usefulness. The reason i asked here on a forum is that perhaps somebody owns both and can give me an assessment based on their use, therefor saving me the (quick) download, the installation, the GAS, and the ( admittedly fun) few hours of exploring Mikron Cascade.

Hmm, now that i put it that way maybe i should download the demo.

They dont sound similar at all, though could be placed in the same effect category
