I don't remember doing that. No matter.

Can anyone tell me the name of those amps being used in this vid?
For a long time I've seen them being used in various early 60's British videos but I search but no mention of them.
It's been bothering me. Thanx

I played along with The Song Remains the Same (album not movie) a couple weeks ago and was blown away by the quality, variety, and inventiveness of the songs, sounds - everything. It's amazing how so much so-called "heavy" music made since then sounds wimpy in comparison. Some of the heaviest music ever was made with an acoustic or a Fender Telecaster played through a tiny amp. And - some of the heaviest musicians alive (duh!)

Another thing about Page's guitar work - everything lies so easily and naturally on the instrument - it's like he "discovered" this stuff rather than consciously making it.

I recall it has been asked before (with a better view on the amps themselves) but don't remember what obscure brand it was. Several searches here remained fruitless alas... Keywords give either thousands of results or not enough.
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image
