RapidComposer v3.5b2 is available!
Thank you for reporting bugs! It turned out there were several problems when using voicings in the Chord Selector. Now a progression that was saved with voicing is correctly loaded. Velocities are fixed when using a phrase for preview.

Hi crossovercable, crossovercable wrote:With the quick chord entry, you click on a chord, start typing and it goes in, as you move the keyboard cursor right or left that chord is entered without having to click the little keyboard icon, type the chord name and then hit enter every time.
wonderful workflow suggestions, thank you!

Hello Attila! I would suggest adding a window for inputting chords from the keyboard. I think it would be very variable ... Thank you.

It would also be good to provide an editor of rhythmic grooves (for example, as was done in Digital Perfomer) to control the delay or advance of tics and to regulate the length of individual notes of the rhythmic figure. Thank you.Transferring the rhythm to other phrases or even tracks is one of the strongest functions of the program and it needs to be developed in every possible way!

I am planning a rhythm/groove editor for a long time
It is best to implement as a variation, but I also thought of direct manipulation of note beginnings and endings for phrases on the workspace.
There is so much to do!
Thanks,
Attila

I could not believe that, but I quickly found the reason for this crash. Thank you!crossovercable wrote:And...
It is best to use Alt-click for creating chords, instead of double-clicking.
Thanks,
Attila

Dear yellukhan, yellukhan wrote:what if we have:

this already works! If you have multiple phrases selected, and you drag-and-drop a rhythm pattern, it will be applied to all phrases. Only one phrase is highlighted during dragging, don't let that confuse you. If you drop a pattern on a selected phrase, all selected phrases are affected.

Yes, Attila, of course you have a lot of work, but we try to plan and discuss))
Perhaps we need to recall the discussion of the automation of cutting midi files and phrases into logical segments. And can it be possible to use the principle of cutting sensitivity the way it is done when cutting audio files into segments?
But for audio files, sensitivity points are audio peaks, and for midi probably other principles for determining cutting points and/or their manual installation are possible and then using the "Cut" command. Thank you .
