Synth1 uses a complicated random based detuning, not a simple static detuning, this may be the reason.I actually prefer Synth1 in this comparison

Funny, I like those soft synth sounds more than the hard synth ones
But at the end of the day, they all sound similar, and I don't like that sound as such.
With all those exaggerated prefixes, is there no ultrasaw?
