Hi! Does anybody know, if I can upgrade from a second hand (used) VV to a discounted VV 2? Thanks in advance!

When you say it’s used, is it still now registered on your UVI account? If so I believe you should see the upgrade pricing. If not, I think you need to get it on your account first
Your best bet is probably contacting UVI
