Hello everyone!
I have experimented quite a bit with noise reduction in audacity on an old song: which has a disturbing static in the background. I have tried all kinds of filters and it still wont go away.
Does anyone of you experts have any idea how I would go on with this?
Thanks in advance /Erik

Which filters have you tried so far?
For more advanced de-noising I reach for spectral editing tools in Adobe Audition CC, or dedicated plugins like Izotope's Rx Dehum, Denoise, Declicker (Acon Digital makes similarly good de-noising plugins).

If you wanna free option, download ReaPlugins here ->https://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/, which are vst plugins from reaper, install them and enable ReaFIR plugin in Audacity.
