All tracks except drums are Fathom.
RPH I also put your track at the top of the thread:

Woa I almost fell off my chair when I saw the new thread title..... :hihi:

Great tune ! Love the motion and vibe. I'm so glad you found the patch inspiring.

If I knew you would that I would have made it a bit more interesting.
Keep it there, I'll improve it and overwrite the file tonight hopefully.

RPH, cool, I'll post the new version, just let me know.
If it's a but longer I'll also put it on the web site.

2.4 continues to sound great, but I still get soft clicks every once in a while. Anyone else? Win 10 64, 16 gig ram, i5 6600K cpu.

I'm noticing the same thing.
Does it only happen with the Phaser?
Also in mono glide mode or when polyphonic?
Send me the preset in which it is happening the most.
I will be addressing this in the upcoming oscillator redesign.

I do, It sometimes seems to be note release related. Sometimes related to filter movement via lfo or envelope especially at lower frequency settings. Seems to be DC related maybe ( because I can see the lower spectrum jump.

I cant reproduce it per se but I can cause it to come more often and I can reduce it to almost non existant.

As with most synths sometimes you have to soften the attack and add a hint of release to the bolume envelope.
We jumped the fence because it was a fence not be cause the grass was greener.

I'll try to narrow the cause asap! Thanks!

Hey FathomSynth, I don't suppose you could add a flag to the .ini to set the
UI size permanently. I cant get it to stick, at all actually.

-Cheers

Post

If you're on the Mac and it was not sticking 2.5 fixes that.

Post

Sorry, win 8.1, I haven't tried 2.5 though.

-Thanks

It's the same in 2.5, Win10 here. Size has to be defined separately for every new instance.

Post

Win 10, Fathom 2.5, custom size is remember here even with each new instance. ( Reaper and FL Studio)

subterfuge, a few important questions for you.

Does the following folder exist on your system?
C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\FathomSynth
where MyUserName is your system admin user name.

If so, is there a file Fathom.xml in it?

If not, what is the folder on your system for application data?
It's the same folder containing folders like Ableton, Steinberg, UVI, NVIDIA.

Is your main drive something other than "C:"?
Is the drive on which you are running your host DAW something other than "C:"?

If I get that information from you I can make a build that will for sure work on Windows 8.
